LG CNS said on the 10th that it will hire a three-digit number of new employees in the second half of the year across nine roles, including artificial intelligence (AI) and Robotics.
The recruitment areas are ▲AI ▲Robotics ▲consulting ▲digital transformation (DX) engineer ▲cloud application modernization (AM) ▲architect ▲enterprise resource planning (ERP) ▲smart factory ▲convergence engineer. Applications are open through the 14th.
The AI role designs and implements AI models and services optimized for customer businesses by industry, including finance, public sector, manufacturing and logistics. The Robotics role applies robots to manufacturing and logistics sites and verifies the field applicability of next-generation robot technologies. LG CNS launched the integrated robot training and operations platform "PhysicalWorks" in May and is expanding its robot transformation (RX) business.
The consulting role analyzes customers' business issues to establish AI transformation (AX) and DX strategies. DX engineers develop core systems and services in industries such as finance, public sector and telecommunications.
Graduates with a bachelor's degree or higher and those scheduled to graduate in Feb. 2027 can apply regardless of major. Applicants with role-related experience and expertise will be preferred.
The hiring process consists of ▲document screening ▲written test ▲practical interview ▲final interview, in that order. The written test includes an aptitude/personality test and a "CNS specialized test." LG CNS introduced the CNS specialized test this year to assess interest in the latest technology trends and AI utilization skills. For applicants to all roles, it evaluates understanding of global technology and industry trends, and, depending on the role, verifies Generative AI utilization skills in coding-type and planning-type formats.
LG CNS recently held a recruitment-linked event, "LG Connect N Sync," in San Francisco, inviting master's and doctoral candidates from major local universities. Chief Executive Hyun Shin-Gyoon of LG CNS and other key executives attended to introduce business direction and technological competitiveness.
