MegazoneCloud said on the 9th that it obtained Amazon Web Services (AWS) "Security Competency." With this, MegazoneCloud's AWS competencies increased to 11, including migration and modernization, data and analytics, generative artificial intelligence (AI), DevOps, and financial services. The company said this is the highest number among AWS partners in the Asia-Pacific region.
The latest evaluation standards, revised in Feb., were applied to this certification review. AWS comprehensively verified technical capabilities and consulting competence in core areas such as account and access management, threat detection and response, infrastructure and data protection, personal information protection, and application security.
During the review, MegazoneCloud's integrated security brand "HALO," its round-the-clock security operations center, and information security certifications in and outside Korea received high marks. About 1,800 AWS certifications held by more than 1,000 engineers, its capability to run official training centers, and customer project case studies were also reflected in the evaluation.
HALO supports everything from consulting to solution deployment and managed detection and response, based on four frameworks: hyperscale cloud and AI security, lifecycle security, and zero trust.
