Lee presented seven key factors for successful AX: redesigning work methods to fit how AI and people collaborate; organizing data into forms AI can use; an efficient operating framework for multiple AI agents; establishing and controlling policies for AI behavior; AI security; an AI-friendly organization; and changes in corporate culture.
