Naver will establish a dedicated organization for the Digital Healthcare business, which has emerged as a future growth engine.
On the 8th, according to the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, Naver plans to set up a dedicated Digital Healthcare organization next month under the tech business institutional sector.
The new organization will be placed under the tech business institutional sector led by Choi In-hyuk and aims to speed up integration with existing technology infrastructure.
As heads of the new organization, Naver has appointed co-CEOs Wi Ui-seok and Park Chan-hee of Senakle Soft, a cloud electronic medical record (EMR) specialist startup it acquired last year.
The two will serve as co-CEOs of the new organization and lead the business, and the specific organization name and job titles are said to be under discussion.
