EMRO, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based supply chain management software company, said on the 7th it will supply its supplier relationship management (SRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution "Caidentia" to a leading European energy solutions corporations.
EMRO recently signed a solution supply contract with a Samsung SDS overseas subsidiary. Under the deal, EMRO will provide Caidentia to a leading European energy solutions corporations, Company A, through the Samsung SDS overseas subsidiary and, based on this, implement Company A's core procurement processes.
Caidentia features AI-based automatic comparison and analysis of bills of materials (BOM). It also provides development procurement functions that cover everything from new product development to quality planning and management and supplier selection. Company A plans to use this to manage its supply chain and costs from the new product development stage.
The contract is EMRO's first customer case secured in Europe. Since accelerating its overseas expansion in 2024, EMRO has won three clients in North America. Building on this deal, the company plans to expand sales targeting European corporations in automobiles and information technology (IT).
EMRO is currently conducting Caidentia demonstrations for European automobile and technology corporations. It is also discussing additional projects with existing North American clients.
