Krafton said on the 3rd that it will take part in G-Star 2026, the country's largest game exhibition, to be held at the Busan Exhibition & Convention Center (BEXCO) in November. It is the only major domestic game company to decide to attend.
Krafton has participated in G-Star for 10 consecutive years from 2017 through this year, showcasing major intellectual property (IP) and new titles while maintaining touchpoints with domestic users. This year, it will also set up a booth in the BTC hall of Exhibition Hall 1 at the Busan Exhibition & Convention Center (BEXCO).
A Krafton official said, "Details such as the submitted works, booth setup, and on-site programs will be announced later."
Meanwhile, this year's G-Star will be held from Nov. 18 to 22 at the Busan Exhibition & Convention Center (BEXCO) in Busan. This year's G-Star faced crisis talk after major domestic game companies such as NC, Nexon, Netmarble, and Kakao Games said they would not participate, and for the first time a non-game artificial intelligence (AI) company, Wrtn, took on the role of main sponsor.
