LG Uplus said on the 1st that it signed a strategic business agreement with global AI operations management corporations Arize AI to boost the performance and safety of AI agents.
The two sides will jointly develop AI evaluation technology specialized for Korean and voice, and upgrade safety features that prevent AI from giving answers that are incorrect or inappropriate. Based on this, they also plan to identify joint business opportunities in the domestic business-to-business (B2B) market.
Arize AI provides solutions that measure the performance of Generative AI and AI agents and analyze the causes of errors. It counts corporations across industries such as telecommunications, finance, manufacturing and distribution as clients.
The agreement was pursued on the judgment that, as AI use in corporate operations increases rapidly, a management system is needed to continuously check response quality and to identify in advance errors and risks that may arise during operations.
LG Uplus plans to strengthen its AI operations capabilities using Arize AI's technology and to raise the reliability of services for corporate customers.
