Xiaomi Korea said on the 1st it will release the robot vacuums "Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro" and "H50" in Korea. Both products support remote and scheduled cleaning, zone cleaning, and no-go zones through the Xiaomi Home application (app). The company is also releasing the air purifier "Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Purifier Elite."
The H50 Pro has suction power of up to 15,000 pascals (Pa). It applies a structure in which the side brush and mopping pad extend outward so it can clean along walls and in corners. The mopping pad extends up to 79 mm and rotates up to 180 times per minute. The main and side brushes apply a structure that reduces hair tangling.
For environmental perception, it uses laser distance sensor (LDS) navigation and a 129-degree wide-angle structured light sensor. When it detects carpet, it automatically lifts the mopping pad and can cross thresholds up to 20 mm high. The main unit is 9.3 cm tall.
The all-in-one station supports automatic dust emptying and mopping pad washing and hot-air drying. The company said the dust bag can go up to 75 days without emptying. The suggested retail price is 629,000 won.
The H50 features suction power up to 10,000 Pa and dual mopping pads that rotate up to 180 times per minute. It supports LDS navigation and crossing thresholds up to 20 mm, and the all-in-one station can wash and dry the mopping pads and automatically empty dust. The suggested retail price is 529,000 won.
Xiaomi Korea is also unveiling a new air purifier. The Mijia Smart Air Purifier Elite supports a particle clean air delivery rate (CADR) of up to 600 m³ per hour, circulating 10,000 liters of air per minute. Under conditions of circulating the air twice per hour, it can be used in spaces up to 125 m². The company said a space of about 40 m² can have its air circulated once in about 10 minutes.
It uses a three-stage filter consisting of a pre-filter, a Xiaomi high-efficiency filter, and activated carbon. It can remove 99.98% of fine particles sized 0.3 micrometers (µm). It also features ultraviolet-C (UV-C) light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and plasma technology.
It detects fine dust from PM10 down to PM2.5, and in sleep mode noise drops to as low as 20.2 decibels (dB(A)). It also supports remote and voice control through the Xiaomi Home app, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa. The suggested retail price of the Mijia Smart Air Purifier Elite is 599,000 won. It will be sold for 559,000 won from the 1st of this month to the 1st of next month.
