Kolon Benit will expand its cloud-based human resources (HR) solution business.
Kolon Group's IT services affiliate Kolon Benit said on the 31st that it participated as a gold sponsor in "HR Connect Seoul 2026," hosted by SAP Korea at El Tower in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the 27th, and introduced its HR solution "Prepackage."
The "Prepackage" unveiled by Kolon Benit that day is a deployment model that standardizes SAP's cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solution SuccessFactors around core modules such as HR administration and performance/evaluation.
Unlike the conventional, large-corporation-focused approach of full-scale system builds, it minimizes lengthy requirements analysis and design, and standardizes proven implementation and operations experience. It shortens the adoption period to about three months and is designed to allow step-by-step expansion of necessary functions after go-live.
About 250 people, including corporations' HR staff, attended this year's "HR Connect Seoul 2026," hosted by SAP Korea. Kolon Benit ran a booth at the venue, introducing solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors and conducting customer consultations. In the afternoon session, Choi Haneul, a manager at Kolon Benit, gave a presentation on HR innovation.
Jung Juyoung, an executive director at Kolon Benit, said, "Taking this event as an opportunity, we will broaden customer touchpoints and further accelerate our push into the cloud-based HR innovation solutions market."
