Raonsecure said on the 25th that it will hold the "2026 SecuUp & Hackathon" on the 30th of next month at the Fairmont Ambassador in Yeouido, Seoul.
Marking its 14th year, SecuUp will be held under the theme "Make agentic AI fun and secure." Raonsecure plans to introduce security automation technology using agentic artificial intelligence (AI), platforms that combine AI and security, and real-world implementation strategies.
Raonsecure CEO Lee Sun-hyung will, in a keynote, present how agentic AI will change the security industry and strategies to ensure AI reliability. Then Raonsecure experts, including Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Kim Tae-jin, will introduce related technologies and application plans.
Key presentation topics include: ▲ future strategies for agentic AI and a multilayer AI integrated lineup ▲ standardization of decentralized identity (DID) and AI expansion ▲ agentic AI-based penetration testing ▲ large language model (LLM) security using AI guardrails ▲ trust design based on post-quantum cryptography (PQC) ▲ verification brokerage based on mobile IDs ▲ an AI coaching-based Metaverse practice ecosystem.
Raonsecure plans to propose ways to embed security so AI can make decisions and act safely, while also applying AI to security operations to boost response capabilities. It will also link digital identity, delegated authority, and audit and tracking systems based on Web3. With this, it aims to build an environment to verify AI's decisions and actions.
The event will also host the finals of the "Blockchain & AI Hackathon," a competition for new AI and Blockchain technologies using mobile IDs. Hosted by the Korea Digital Certification Association and organized by Raonsecure and the Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN), the competition will see 10 teams out of 318 preliminary entrants compete in the finals.
The top winning teams will receive up to 1 billion won in startup support funding, along with support for global market entry, overseas investment attraction, and management consulting. The Ministry of the Interior and Safety; Korea Minting, Security Printing & ID Card Operating Corporation (KOMSCO); National Information Society Agency (NIA); National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA); Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA); Naver; and KakaoBank are sponsoring.
