MegazoneSoft has completed building Nongshim Group's AX (AI transformation) framework.
MegazoneSoft said on the 21st that it held a "GWS (Google Workspace) proclamation ceremony" on the 20th at Nongshim headquarters, attended by Cho Yong-cheol, Nongshim CEO, Yeom Dong-hoon, MegazoneCloud CEO, and Shannon Tong, head of Google Workspace North Asia sales.
The project builds a GWS system for 14 domestic affiliates and seven overseas subsidiaries of Nongshim Group. It is a large-scale transition that includes migrating existing data to Google Drive, integrating legacy systems, and managing change to reorganize work methods across the group around artificial intelligence (AI).
MegazoneSoft migrated about 26 million documents from the existing centralized document server to Google Drive. It also integrated Google Gemini across business operations to lay the groundwork to use AI companywide in marketing, sales, supply chain, operations, human resources (HR), and research and development (R&D).
