Mintrocket, a Nexon subsidiary, said on the 13th that it will release the mobile version of the hybrid ocean adventure game "DAVE THE DIVER" on Sept. 17.
The mobile version of "DAVE THE DIVER," launched first in China in February, has sold more than 1 million copies. Aiming for the global market, it will launch simultaneously on the Apple App Store and Google Play on Sept. 17. Preorders are underway on the App Store and Google Play.
A Mintrocket official said, "We refined the gameplay showcased on PC and console to suit mobile, faithfully reproduced the tactile feel, and added mobile-only, detailed convenience features." It also introduced tilt controls using the gyroscope sensor and a three-level view distance setting.
Major content praised on PC and console will also be available identically on mobile. Players can enjoy the collaboration content with the fishing adventure game "Dredge" and the DLC (downloadable content) "In the Jungle" on mobile as well.
