Naver Cloud is accelerating its push into the public artificial intelligence transformation (AX) market by highlighting collaboration features that drive consolidation of administrative work end to end with artificial intelligence (AI).
Naver Cloud said on the 12th that it will hold a "Public AX strategy seminar" at Seoul Dragon City on the 13th and unveil three new features to be applied to "Naver Works," its AI work collaboration tool. The core offerings are "Naver AI Search" for the administrative network, the document collaboration and knowledge management service "Page," and the AI agent building solution "EASY."
AI Search links Naver's "AI Tab," based on Generative AI, as an API so users can search external up-to-date information and internal agency documents simultaneously on the administrative network. "Page" is a service where various materials—Hangul, Excel, Word, PDF, and more—are co-edited, and AI compiles and organizes them to accumulate the organization's knowledge data.
"EASY" helps create and operate agency-specific AI agents by allowing users to describe tasks in natural language without specialized knowledge. Aiming for an official launch in the first half of next year, Naver Cloud plans to deploy forward deployment engineers (FDE) starting in September to develop custom agents with public institutions.
Naver Works was adopted in March as the official collaboration platform of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Ministery of Food and Drug Safety. Naver Cloud plans to expand its future rollout to more than 700,000 public officials nationwide.
