Choi Soo-yeon, CEO of Naver, said on the morning of the 7th during a conference call on second-quarter results that "starting in October, we will support fast returns through a members-only return center and introduce members-only dawn delivery."
Choi said, "Just as stronger delivery benefits led to higher purchase frequency and a greater share of transactions among membership customers, we expect the October benefit rollout to further strengthen the virtuous cycle between the membership and N Delivery and add momentum to N Delivery's growth in the second half." She added, "The app (application) will drive users' discovery and exploration, the membership will anchor customers within the ecosystem, and delivery will lead to purchase conversion and repeat purchases, reinforcing the virtuous cycle."
