WhaTap Labs said on the 6th that it built a real-time integrated monitoring environment for the Korea Social Security Information Service (SSiS) linkage system (ESB) and successfully completed the K-Testbed public technology demonstration program.
K-Testbed is a state-supported program that tests and verifies innovative technologies of domestic small and venture businesses in the actual operating environments of public institutions. It verifies the effectiveness of technologies by using public institutions' infrastructure and data, and outstanding demonstration results are linked to entry into the public market through innovative procurement. This demonstration project was conducted for about three months, from Mar. to May, targeting the Korea Social Security Information Service (SSiS) linkage system.
The Korea Social Security Information Service (SSiS) operates a system that links social security and welfare data with numerous public institutions, but previously had difficulty identifying the overall data linkage status and whether failures occurred in real time. In response, WhaTap Labs built an integrated monitoring environment that directly collects data from the linkage system databases (DB) and enabled real-time checks of data linkage processing status and system operation information on a single dashboard.
The integrated dashboard provides real-time information on the number of linkages, the status of success, in progress, and errors, the linkage status by institution, and transaction processing details. It also allows checking infrastructure resources such as CPU and memory, network input/output (I/O), and disk utilization, enabling integrated management of services and infrastructure.
In particular, for phase 2 of the Korea Social Security Information Service (SSiS) linkage system, 22 monitoring servers and AI–Machine Learning (ML) engine-based collection servers were built. Through AI–ML-based anomaly detection, it automatically detects unusual linkage patterns and provides alerts, and it helps quickly identify the root segment in the event of linkage failures or communication disruptions. Customized dashboards tailored to each institution's operational objectives were also provided.
