SK shieldus said on the 6th that ADT Caps, its physical security brand, will unveil Caps Store Solution, an integrated operations service that manages store operations and security in a single application (app).
Caps Store Solution can be configured by selecting only the necessary functions—such as access authentication devices, kiosks, doorbells, light switches, temperature-humidity sensors, and the artificial intelligence (AI) CCTV (closed-circuit TV) Viewguard—to fit various store operating environments, including hybrid stores, unmanned stores, small single-operator stores, and franchise stores.
The selected functions can be easily managed with ADT Caps' integrated management platform, the CapsON app, and can also be used on PCs. Store owners can check operating status for security, access, sales, attendance, and devices in CapsON, and manage AI CCTV footage from multiple spaces and stores on a single screen.
In addition, based on sales data from payment devices such as kiosks, store owners can view sales status by time period and by product. It also supports efficient store management and data-based decision-making by comprehensively analyzing various operating data such as sales and attendance. The company said store owners can check the operating status of equipment such as lighting and temperature-humidity sensors in real time, helping them quickly detect abnormalities and maintain a comfortable store environment.
When linked with ADT Caps' dispatch security service, users can handle everything from routine store management to emergency response within a single system. If abnormal situations such as intrusion, loitering, or long stays occur, the app provides real-time alerts so the store owner can immediately view the situation. When needed, the AI-based dispatch management system automatically assigns the dispatch vehicle closest to the store for a rapid response on site.
