Google Cloud said on the 4th that it supported the buildout of Yeogi-eottae's in-house artificial intelligence (AI) agent platform "YAPP."
Yeogi-eottae planned the YAPP platform to streamline the growing use of data alongside business growth and to lay a structural foundation that allows employees to innovate their own work environment. Before, data tasks across various departments were concentrated among a small number of specialists, and it often took several days for frontline data analysis requests to be processed.
In response, Yeogi-eottae shifted its data environment to Google's data cloud. The company said it used BigQuery to allocate computing resources needed for department-specific data analysis tasks and built a real-time data pipeline that links everything from large-scale data storage to AI agent services.
Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) was applied to YAPP. When a user asks a question in natural language, a coordinator agent analyzes the context of the request and assigns the task to the appropriate agent among 10 specialized agents and more than 30 sub-agents.
Yeogi-eottae employees are using YAPP to handle tasks such as user trend analysis, campaign performance measurement, room supply forecasting, and price setting.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Jo Mun-ok of Yeogi-eottae said, "Companywide members are defining for themselves how to work with AI agents, and we will continue to prove Yeogi-eottae's differentiated technology and business value."
