Nexon said on the 28th that it has finalized the official title of the new massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) "Project T," under development by game studio GrayGames, as "Tembbal: Overgeared (Overgeared)."
"Tembbal: Overgeared" is a large-scale MMORPG based on the hit intellectual property (IP) "Tembbal," which created a sensation across Asia as a web novel and webtoon. A Nexon official said, "It is a work that adds the depth unique to a classic MMORPG to growth centered on equipment, featuring the fun of character progression and large-scale competition."
Nexon also opened the official teaser site and YouTube and KakaoTalk channels for "Tembbal: Overgeared" on the same day. It plans to sequentially disclose development progress and game information through the official account.
Developed by GrayGames and published (distribution and release) by Nexon, "Tembbal: Overgeared" is scheduled to launch worldwide within the year.
