Cloud service specialist corporations Okestro Cloud said on the 24th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with databases specialist corporations TmaxTibero to strengthen competitiveness in the AI infrastructure business.
The agreement was prepared to respond to the spread of artificial intelligence (AI) services and the cloud transition in the public institutional sector by combining the two companies' business and technical capabilities and strengthening integrated competitiveness that spans data platforms and cloud infrastructure.
The two companies plan to combine Okestro Cloud's AI infrastructure software capabilities with TmaxTibero's databases technology to identify new business opportunities in building next-generation public systems and AI infrastructure.
Park So-a, head of Okestro Cloud, said, "By closely linking the two companies' expertise and business capabilities, we will provide AI infrastructure with stability and scalability and deliver tangible business results in the public and enterprise markets."
