ITCEN PNS said on the 13th that it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) to expand domestic and overseas post-quantum cryptography (PQC) business with American Binary, a U.S. PQC specialist, and RCK, a Digital Twin solution corporations.
The three companies plan to jointly target the quantum-safe network security market by combining ITCEN PNS's KPQC algorithm technology and security consulting capabilities, American Binary's PQC-based virtual private network (VPN) solution, and RCK's commercialization capabilities and customer network, focusing on high-trust industries such as public sector, finance, defense, and telecommunications.
In this collaboration, ITCEN PNS will respond to domestic and overseas security regulations, certifications, and technology verification requirements based on its own KPQC algorithm technology and provide cryptographic migration strategies and security consulting. American Binary will supply a PQC-based VPN solution that can be applied to existing VPN environments. A key feature is that a quantum-resistant encryption-based secure channel can be built without fully replacing the network infrastructure. RCK, as American Binary's official domestic partner, will handle domestic supply and commercialization of the solution.
Going forward, the three companies will jointly promote proposals for PQC-based network security solutions, proofs of concept (PoC), and implementation consulting for major domestic industries, and plan to expand the scope of cooperation to the global public and corporations markets.
Park Won-gyu, CEO of ITCEN PNS, said, "Frontier AI and quantum computing are demanding fundamental changes to existing cryptographic systems and network security architectures," and added, "By combining ITCEN PNS's KPQC algorithm technology, American Binary's security solutions, and RCK's domestic commercialization capabilities, we will help domestic and overseas customers proactively transition to a PQC-based Zero Trust 2.0 environment."
