SK shieldus said on the 13th that it was selected by global market research firm Frost & Sullivan for the "2026 Asia-Pacific customer value leadership."
Frost & Sullivan evaluates customer value, technological competitiveness, business performance, and growth potential each year to select outstanding corporations in each category. The "Asia-Pacific customer value leadership" program assesses customer value and service competitiveness across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region, and SK shieldus was listed this year as an outstanding corporation in the cyber security services institutional sector.
Through its final evaluation report, Frost & Sullivan cited SK shieldus's AI-based integrated security operations system and customer-centric services as key strengths and explained the background of the selection. In particular, its operational capabilities centered on the AI cybersecurity monitoring platform "Secudium" were assessed as major strengths.
Secudium provides enterprise-grade threat detection and response services based on large-scale monitoring capabilities that process billions of security logs per day, and supports security response even in diverse hybrid IT environments that mix cloud and on-premises.
A service framework spanning managed security services (MSS), managed detection and response (MDR), incident response, digital forensics, penetration testing, and security consulting was also presented as a competitive edge. In addition, a strategy to build an agentic AI-based security operations center (SOC) platform and the potential to use it for business expansion were reflected in the evaluation.
In the customer experience institutional sector, an AI- and automation-based MDR operating system and a customer retention rate of about 95% were cited as representative examples. Subscription-based services and customized operating models that can be selected according to the customer's corporations size and security level were also evaluated as strengths.
Kim Byeong-mu, head of the cyber security institutional sector (executive vice president) at SK shieldus, said, "This selection recognizes SK shieldus's practical response capabilities and security expertise in addressing the diverse security threats customers face," adding, "We will continue to build an AI-centered security operations system based on Secudium and MDR capabilities and lead next-generation SOCs to deliver even higher security value and trust to customers."
