Wemade said on the 8th that it listed the virtual asset "WEMIX" on the global cryptocurrency exchange Kraken. With this listing, Kraken users will be able to trade WEMIX easily with the reserve currency, the dollar.
A Wemade official said, "The Kraken listing is meaningful for WEMIX in terms of securing liquidity and exposure to Western markets," and added, "Having solidified its position in Korea, Asia, and the Southern Hemisphere markets, WEMIX has expanded its influence to institutional and individual investors in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other Western regions."
The company plans to accelerate WEMIX's real-world asset (RWA) expansion with the Kraken listing. It plans to pursue additional listings of WEMIX on major exchanges, secure global liquidity, and continuously expand access to the WEMIX ecosystem.
In addition, Wemade is set to launch a new AAA title to advance the WEMIX Web3 gaming ecosystem and recently introduced Korea's first dedicated layer-1 Blockchain for a won-based stablecoin, StableNet.
