NC AI said on the 8th that its voice-generation artificial intelligence (AI) service Varco Voice was selected as an exemplary AI use case at the AI for Good Global Summit 2026, hosted by the United Nations' International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
The summit is an international event that discusses solving global social issues using AI and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event identifies and presents AI technologies and use cases that contribute to creating social value.
Varco Voice was recognized for improving access to content production based on multilingual voice generation and emotional expression technology. The company said it received positive evaluations for lowering the barrier to producing high-quality voice content not only for creators and small and midsize enterprises but also in the public and education sectors.
NC AI also introduced My AAC, an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) application developed with the NC Cultural Foundation. The service, which applies Varco Voice technology, provided personalized voices to users who have difficulty communicating, demonstrating AI's potential for social use.

NC AI is expanding its Generative AI and industrial AI businesses around the content AI brand Varco and the industrial AI platform VAKI. It plans to expand its business beyond the digital environment into physical AI that interacts with the real, physical environment and to target the global industrial AI market.
