For major languages such as Korean, English, and Japanese, it secures accuracy in the mid-90% range or higher. By integrating Generative AI, it goes beyond mechanically rendering words to understand context and produce natural sentences.
It provides translation quality optimized for work environments. LG CNS applied a "multi-engine strategy," selecting AI engines with strong performance by language, and reflected industry-specific terms and expressions in translations based on domain expertise accumulated through diverse industrial projects. It also translates specialized terms and abbreviations used in the field according to context, supporting more accurate communication on the job.
Translator can be used immediately not only on PC and mobile but also on various work platforms such as Webex and Teams. Corporations that adopt it do not need to significantly change their work environments thanks to integration with existing systems. Translator also supports functions such as AI-based meeting minutes summaries and transcript creation.
An LG CNS official said, "Translator can be used in work environments with language barriers, from conference rooms to global industrial sites," and added, "We will build an AI work environment where domestic employees, foreign workers, and overseas partners can collaborate without language constraints."
