KT is partnering with Samsung Electronics to unveil the exclusive smartphone "Galaxy Jump5." KT said on the 2nd that it will sell the Galaxy Jump5 starting on the 3rd at KT stores nationwide and on its official online mall, KT.com.
Galaxy Jump5 is the fifth device in the Jump series, which is exclusive to KT. Unlike previous Jump models that were based on the Galaxy M series, this product is based on the Galaxy A27 5G and launched exclusively in Korea. The memory is 128GB. It comes in three colors—black, light green, and light pink—and is priced at 545,600 won.
The biggest feature of this product is enhanced AI functions. It supports "Awesome Intelligence," an AI feature for the Galaxy A series; "Circle to Search," which lets users circle an on-screen subject to search; an editing tool that erases unwanted elements in photos; and functions that convert and translate call and voice recordings into text.
The hardware specifications also target value-seeking demand. It features a 6.7-inch large display with a punch-hole design and a 50-megapixel camera, improving usability for watching videos, gaming, and everyday shooting.
KT also prepared various benefits to mark the launch. Customers who activate by July 5 will receive a digital Onnuri gift certificate payback worth up to 107,000 won. The first 10,000 purchasers will receive a three-month subscription to "Millie's Library" and a character-collaboration power bank package. Customers who activate on KT.com can also get a 50,000-won phone coupon and a 7% discount on the monthly fee.
