Adobe said on the 2nd that it will work with LinkedIn to push "AI Essentials for Marketers" to strengthen marketing professionals' artificial intelligence (AI) skills.
The collaboration was arranged to help marketing professionals build the capabilities to lead their organizations in the AI era. According to LinkedIn data, the share of marketing job postings requiring AI skills rose 113% from a year earlier.
The program is designed so anyone can participate regardless of experience, and is also offered in short-form (short video) format for learners who find long study sessions difficult. The two companies prepared four high-demand, marketing role-based programs—digital marketing, content and creative, social and communication, and data and analytics—in 47 languages. The program is available for free on LinkedIn Learning.
The two companies plan to add content regularly so marketers can receive training in the latest AI skills in line with the fast-changing environment.
Certificates issued upon completion can be added directly to a LinkedIn profile.
Rachel Thornton, Adobe's enterprise chief marketing officer (CMO), said, "AI Essentials for Marketers goes beyond simply learning new tools and focuses on how to redefine creativity, marketing strategy and customer relationships in the AI-based era."
