NHN Dooray said on the 2nd that it supplied the artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration tool "Dooray!" to Osstem Implant.
According to NHN Dooray, Osstem Implant has fully adopted major collaboration services provided by Dooray, including Projects, Drive, Wiki, Mail, e-Approval, Messenger, and Portal, since May. NHN Dooray noted that this adoption is meaningful in that it is a case of converting a large-scale global enterprise groupware environment from an on-premises build to a SaaS (software as a service) model.
Osstem Implant decided to introduce a SaaS-based collaboration tool with strong flexibility and scalability as its existing on-premises groupware aged and the burden of maintenance grew. After reviewing several solutions, it ultimately chose Dooray.
NHN Dooray said that with this adoption, Osstem Implant reduced the work hours and expense that went into operating its existing groupware and established an environment where employees worldwide can collaborate via PC and mobile apps. In particular, by linking various SAP ERP-based approval forms with Dooray e-Approval, collaboration through to approvals can be handled within a single platform. Although Dooray e-Approval is SaaS-based, it provided the additional functions needed by the client, enabling adoption to be completed without separate customization.
NHN Dooray and Osstem Implant are also discussing the introduction of "Dooray! AI," which provides various AI collaboration features and multi-LLM. Once adoption is confirmed, it is expected to lead beyond improvements to the collaboration environment to a companywide AI transformation (AX).
