AhnLab CloudMate, a subsidiary specializing in artificial intelligence transformation (AX) and managed service provider (MSP) cloud management under AhnLab, said on the 1st that its generative artificial intelligence (AI) security solution SecureBridge was designated as an Excellent Information Security Technology for 2026, overseen by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
The Excellent Information Security Technology designation system is a government certification program designed to identify promising technologies, products, and services owned by corporations in the information security field, verify their technological competitiveness and marketability, and support commercialization and market expansion. It selects outstanding technologies each year through a comprehensive evaluation of novelty, originality, and commercialization potential, and provides designated companies with government certification and opportunities to connect with various support programs.
SecureBridge is a security solution that helps effectively control new security risks, such as data leakage and exposure of personal information, as the use of Generative AI within corporations rapidly spreads. In particular, it was highly rated for enabling intelligent security processing that comprehensively analyzes the overall context and risk level of data by applying its proprietary patented technologies, Artificial Intelligence-based in-context personal information judgment and multi-filtering-based data protection technology.
AhnLab CloudMate plans to use this Excellent Information Security Technology designation as a springboard to expand business opportunities in the public and private markets and to strengthen its security service capabilities optimized for Generative AI environments.
