NHN Link said on the 1st that it has carried out a rebranding of the ticket reservation platform "Ticketlink."
The rebranded new slogan is "Ticketlink, sparking my tastes," reflecting a goal to leap beyond a simple ticket reservation service into a platform that connects users' tastes and cultural experiences.
In this overhaul, the mobile app and web user interface (UI) were completely restructured. The first screen was designed so users can see key performance and event information at a glance. The curation service "Link's Pick," which recommends themed performances such as "A season blooming with culture" and "With children," was also newly introduced. A feature to check ticket opening schedules and set alerts was added.
The search function was also improved. All products can be searched at once without separating performances, exhibitions, and sports, and it offers various filters such as recommended keywords, recent searches, and recently viewed tickets. Sports game schedules can be checked in a calendar by sport and region.
The overhaul was applied first to the Ticketlink mobile app and web, and the PC version will be updated sequentially.
