Content platform corporations Ridibooks said on the 30th that it will push companywide AX (AI transformation) business innovation so that any employee can use artificial intelligence (AI) in practical work.
Ridibooks operates a variety of support systems centered on its in-house AX team, including AI training, sharing of use cases, and preparing guidelines. The AI Builders program, which has been run since this year, supports non-developers in building their own work-efficiency tools by using coding agents. Participants carry out projects to solve their respective practical tasks through tailored training and coaching.
So far, through AI Builders, it has carried out a range of projects, including: ▲ automation of illegal distribution site monitoring ▲ automation of the hiring process ▲ automation of metadata collection ▲ automation of promotion operations ▲ automation of log event design and quality assurance (QA).
Ridibooks plans to continue expanding training on the use of coding agents and to establish a culture in which any employee defines and solves problems directly with AI. A Ridibooks official said, "AI utilization capability is no longer a specialty for certain job categories but a basic competency that all members must have," and added, "We will continue to support an environment where anyone can use AI to improve their work and create new value."
