It was found that more than 80% of Korean creators are already using artificial intelligence (AI) in their creative work.
Adobe stated accordingly in the report published on the 24th, "2026 Creator Toolkit Report." The report contains the results of a survey of more than 16,000 creators in eight countries, including 2,000 creators in Korea and creators in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, India and Australia.
According to the survey, 92% of creators in Korea who use "creative AI," specialized for creative work such as design and content production, said AI helped them make content faster and ultimately contributed to growing their business. Eighty percent of respondents said AI has already been integrated into their workflow or has become an essential element. In addition, 59% said they gained confidence in their creative activities after using creative AI.
Mike Polner, executive vice president and head of creator product marketing at Adobe, said, "Eighty-seven percent of global creators said creative AI drove the growth of their business and user base," adding, "As the adoption of creative AI expands, creators who use it to strengthen their own unique perspectives will stand out."
Adobe emphasized that AI supports the creative process, but the final touch ultimately belongs to people. The report noted, "If creative AI accelerates the starting phase, what ultimately decides what to put out into the world is human taste and judgment."
In fact, 55% of creators said that significant editing is needed before sharing AI-generated outputs. Eighty-nine percent of respondents said, "Even when using AI, the final decision should always be made by the creator."
