Samsung Electronics said on the 24th via its newsroom that it signed a global partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios to mark the theatrical release of the film "Supergirl" (Supergirl).
With this collaboration, Samsung Electronics will hold various experiential events so that "Supergirl" fans can experience the film up close.
Samsung Art Store will release a "Supergirl" collection through Mar. 8, 2027. Comprising 15 pieces of digital artwork from DC Comics, the collection will vividly showcase the character's comics legacy through Samsung Electronics' art TV lineup.
Samsung Electronics will screen "Supergirl" content on Samsung micro RGB TV displays and run related prize events at more than 600 participating Best Buy locations across the United States through July 19.
In the United Kingdom, on the 20th, Samsung's 2026 TV and home audio lineup was displayed throughout the film's settings—including Supergirl's bedroom, KARA's spaceship, a galactic bus stop, and a space bar—at the "Supergirl rest stop" pop-up store set up at Phonica Records in London.
Lee Heon, vice president of Samsung Electronics' Visual Display (VD) Division, said, "Samsung's display business has long evolved in step with the ways consumers enjoy movies, sports, games, and art," and added, "Through this partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios, we have combined Supergirl's thrilling cosmic visual world with Samsung's bold in-home display experience."
