Samsung SDS said on the 23rd that it showcased artificial intelligence (AI) services for innovation in administrative work and public services at the 2026 Public AI Expo held at KINTEX in Ilsan.
At this event, Samsung SDS shared AI full-stack capabilities and AI transformation (AX) plans for the public institutional sector, focusing on the AI agent platform FabriX, the AI collaboration solution Brity Works, and the AI data center.
In the exhibition space themed "AI agents tailored to our department," the company introduced public work innovation cases using FabriX. Representative examples include an AI civil complaint supporter that automatically summarizes citizen complaints and classifies them to the responsible ministry, an AI-based procurement law interpretation service, and a Government24 AI search service for the public—use cases already applied to real public work.
There was also a space where visitors could directly experience the Government24 AI search service for the public implemented with FabriX.
In the exhibition space "AI collaboration solution for public work expanded to mobile," the company introduced a collaboration environment that enables work anytime, anywhere using Brity Works for document search and sharing and real-time mobile meetings. Visitors can also try information search using Perplexity on mobile.
In the exhibition space operated under the theme "Public AI cloud chosen by Korea," the company also unveiled public AI infrastructure capabilities based on Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP) and the AI data center.
Hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and organized by National Information Society Agency (NIA), the expo runs for two days through the 24th, with 52 corporations and 4 public institutions participating for a total of 56 exhibition booths.
During the event, Samsung SDS is operating an AI corporations business matching consultation booth. On the 24th, it will introduce AX strategies for local government innovation at the "Local Government AI Innovation Case Sharing Network Forum," and will share strategies and use cases for promoting public AX based on AI and cloud at the "AI Innovative Companies Technology Forum."
Lee Jeong-heon, head of strategy and marketing at Samsung SDS (executive vice president), said, "In the public sector as well, innovation in work using Generative AI and AI agents is entering full swing," and added, "Samsung SDS will actively support AI innovation by the government and public institutions based on its capabilities in executing domestic AI infrastructure projects and AX know-how accumulated across various industry sites."
