Rebellions is joining forces with the AI workflow automation company CCK Solution to build a domestic AI full-stack ecosystem. A full stack refers to a structure that provides everything at once, from semiconductor infrastructure to software and services.
Rebellions said on the 22nd that it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with CCK Solution on the 19th. The two sides plan to jointly develop and commercialize an enterprise integrated solution by combining Rebellions' low-power, high-performance Neural Processing Unit (NPU) with CCK Solution's AI work platform.
An NPU is a semiconductor specialized for AI computation. The two sides did not stop at merely supplying AI Semiconductor chips, but focused on creating an end-to-end integrated solution that corporate customers can use immediately. Rebellions aims to use this to tap demand for artificial intelligence transformation (AX) in both the public and private sectors.
CCK Solution is a startup specialized in automating corporations' back-office work. It is developing a platform that automates repetitive tasks for corporations and public institutions, including accounting audits, valuations, subsidy settlements, and AI enterprise resource planning (ERP). The approach breaks down complex tasks by function and manages them in an integrated way with AI agents.
CCK Solution has supplied solutions to major domestic accounting firms. Recently, it received the top prize, the Public Procurement Service commissioner's award, at the "AI Innovation Procurement Expo" for a national subsidies AI settlement system, laying the groundwork for entry into the public sector.
Rebellions plans to expand collaboration with vertical AI solution corporations through this agreement. Vertical AI refers to AI designed for specific industries or tasks, such as accounting, manufacturing, healthcare, and law. Rebellions' strategy is to grow the domestic AI ecosystem by layering software actually used in corporate settings on top of AI Semiconductor infrastructure.
Park Seong-hyun, CEO of Rebellions, said, "The domestic AI ecosystem is completed when hardware and software corporations work closely together," adding, "We will combine CCK Solution's AI work platform with Rebellions' AI infrastructure capabilities to meet AX transition demand in the private and public markets."
