S2W said on the 17th that it signed a strategic partnership with document artificial intelligence (AI) corporations Ipapyrus and will pursue a joint business for the AI e-proof solution "StreamDocs AI."
Ipapyrus is a document AI corporations that, based on electronic document technology, turns corporations' vast records and digital documents into assets.
The companies' joint product, "StreamDocs AI," is a solution that combines advanced AI analytics with Ipapyrus' HTML5-based streaming viewer "StreamDocs." Within the web viewer, it automatically compares and verifies supporting documents such as approval requests, receipts, and card slips in real time, cutting expenditure settlement review time by up to 50%.
S2W will oversee the technology institutional sector by handling the advancement and maintenance of the AI engine and product performance of "StreamDocs AI" and responding to customer requirements. Ipapyrus will obtain and maintain procurement registrations and related certifications, and will take charge of the product sales process, including acting as the general distributor for procurement. It will also carry out OEM contracts with electronic proof vendors and marketing activities.
In addition, the two companies said they plan to promote global service operations targeting the Americas, using their local subsidiaries and affiliates in the United States as bases.
