SK AX is joining hands with Mercer, a global HR consulting firm, to design organizational operations for corporations' artificial intelligence (AI) transitions and to build an agentic AI platform.
SK AX said on the 8th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mercer for a "joint project to develop an AI+Human organizational operating model and build an agentic AI platform." The signing ceremony was held at SK AX's headquarters in Seongnam, Gyeonggi, with President Kim Wan-jong of SK AX, Co-CEO Jang Ji-won of Mercer Korea and other executives from both companies attending.
The two companies will jointly provide: ▲ establishing an organizational operating model for human-AI collaboration and developing AI agent solutions ▲ building talent recruitment, development and evaluation strategies and operating systems ▲ diagnosing AI-based problem-solving capabilities. Mercer will design corporation-specific organizational operating models and HR systems, while SK AX will build and provide an intelligent HR platform where people and AI work together.
According to SK AX, the platform supports not only redesigning organizational structures but also hiring, development, performance management and evaluation. Tailored talent development programs are also offered, including the AI competency assessment program "AI Literacy" and the practical training program "AI Bootcamp."
