SK Telecom said on the 7th that it will reflect ideas proposed by college student customers in its membership program and roll out exam-period tailored benefits on T Membership starting this month. SK Telecom said it will run the "0 (Young) week" in line with college exam periods and meet college student customers in person through the "T Membership Coffee Dream Car."
The benefits program was planned based on ideas proposed through "CX Campus," through which SK Telecom reflects college student customers' opinions in services and marketing. Participating students proposed operating benefits aligned with academic calendars, strengthening coffee and dessert benefits during exam periods, and expanding offline participatory programs.
SK Telecom runs "0 week," a benefits program for customers ages 13 to 34, every month. In particular, by reflecting young customers' interests and lifestyles, it selects a monthly theme and focuses on providing the most preferred benefits for college students and recent graduates.
The theme of June's "0 week" is the college exam period. Usually held in the first week of every month, "0 week" will run only in the second week in June (June 8–12) to account for college exam schedules.
The benefits focus on coffee and desserts that college students frequently seek during exams, adding to a 50% off coupon for a MEGA MGC COFFEE iced Americano and preparing benefits usable at Banapresso, A TWOSOME PLACE, and Baskin-Robbins.
To help customers enjoy cultural activities after finishing exams, it also offers discounts on musicals and exhibitions, and will give away tickets by drawing for "ONEUNIVERSE Festival" and "ToyCon Seoul 2026."
The company also plans to visit campuses with the "T Membership Coffee Dream Car." SKT will visit five universities in Seoul—Kyunghee University, Kwangwoon University, University of Seoul, Sungkyunkwan University, and Sejong University—between the 15th and the 19th. SKT customers can enjoy one free cup of coffee on-site after verifying T Membership, and can receive an additional coffee and a donut by participating in a mission.
Details on June benefits, including the "0 week" and "T Membership Coffee Dream Car" events, are available on the T Membership website and T Membership app.
Yoon Jae-woong, head of SKT's Product & Brand Unit, said, "June's '0 week' and 'T Membership Coffee Dream Car' events are the result of incorporating college student customers' opinions gathered through 'CX Campus' into the actual membership program," adding, "We will continue to listen to customers and steadily expand benefits tailored to everyday life and interests."
