Zoom Communications said on the 29th that it now supports its AI-based personal note feature, "My Note," on mobile and has enhanced its agentic search capabilities.
Released early this year, My Note can be used not only with Zoom Meetings but also with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and in-person conversations. It records and organizes meeting and conversation content, identifies key decisions and action items, and helps turn them into actual follow-up tasks.
With this update, it can be used in mobile environments, allowing users to leverage recording, transcription, and note-taking while on the move or during in-person meetings, and to link to follow-up tasks such as sending emails or creating tasks after the meeting ends.
Users can also execute workflows such as sending follow-up emails or creating tasks from My Note on desktop to manage necessary post-meeting work more efficiently right after a meeting.
Zoom also enhanced its agentic search features. Agentic search for the custom AI Companion supports unified search across data from Zoom Meetings, Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Phone, Zoom Canvas, as well as external services such as Salesforce, Inc., Workday, and ServiceNow. Users can view answers and insights based on organizational data without switching among multiple work tools to find information.
Mobile My Note is scheduled to be offered this month to paid Zoom Workplace plan users and as a standalone product ($10 per user per month).
