AI data cloud corporations Snowflake said on the 19th that it will participate in AWS Summit Seoul 2026, to be held for two days on the 20th-21st at COEX in Seoul, and introduce its integrated AI strategy and latest technical capabilities. Marking its 12th year, AWS Summit Seoul 2026 is an AI and cloud conference hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) that shares the latest technology trends and industry-specific innovation cases focusing on Generative AI and cloud technologies.
Kim Hyun-jung, a senior partner solutions engineer at Snowflake who will speak at the event, will explain know-how on consolidation data and intelligence based on Cortex Code under the theme Snowflake+AWS integrated AI strategy. In corporations, AI pipeline build environments are becoming more complex, and as cloud tools such as Machine Learning, LLMs, and analytics become fragmented, Snowflake will examine practical challenges such as inefficiency, security, and compliance issues from an integrated perspective with AWS.
Cortex Code is an AI coding agent that supports everything from data integration to building and operating AI workflows with natural-language-based commands. Solutions engineer Kim Hyun-jung will introduce Cortex Code, which enables more efficient construction of integrated AI pipelines without dedicated infrastructure specialists.
The presentation will also introduce the case of BMW Group, a global automaker that adopted the Snowflake AI data cloud based on the AWS environment. BMW Group built a large-scale operational analytics environment by integrating diverse data such as vehicles and operating systems through the Cloud Data Hub based on Snowflake, resolving data silos. It also operates thousands of data products and various AI and analytics workloads efficiently based on strong data governance, accelerating data-driven decision-making and innovation.
In addition, a live demo at the exhibition booth will allow visitors to experience Cortex Code firsthand. Visitors can see in real time the end-to-end AI pipeline build process that proceeds from data integration to deployment using only natural-language commands.
