CJ OliveNetworks said on the 14th that it won a contract to build snack maker Orion's next-generation quality management system.
CJ OliveNetworks plans to build a quality management system focused on monitoring and analyzing Orion's equipment and processes in real time to detect quality anomalies in advance. Specifically, it plans to design the system to analyze equipment and process data based on SPC (statistical process control) so that signs of quality abnormalities can be identified early.
Through this, Orion plans to advance its existing quality management capabilities and strengthen its preemptive response capabilities.
Song Won-cheol, who oversees smart logistics and factories at CJ OliveNetworks, said, "The construction of Orion's quality management system is a case of strengthening quality control on the manufacturing floor based on data and advancing the preemptive response system," adding, "Going forward, CJ OliveNetworks will continue to enhance clients' quality competitiveness and productivity based on its manufacturing and logistics AX (AI transformation) capabilities."
