SK AX will join hands with OpenAI to expand its enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) business. It is a business to safely apply enterprise ChatGPT across the entire work environment.
On the 14th, SK AX said it signed a "service partner agreement for cooperation in the enterprise AI business" with OpenAI. Through this collaboration, SK AX plans to provide an AI utilization environment tailored to each corporation's work environment and security requirements based on OpenAI's ChatGPT Enterprise.
Kim Wan-jong, president of SK AX, said, "We will help drive a true AI transition by not simply introducing AI but redesigning internal structures, work processes and ways of working, and governance through the integration of AI," adding, "We will realize 'AI augmentation' that makes what corporations do more valuable."
The two companies decided to combine the AI utilization environment based on ChatGPT Enterprise with SK AX's capabilities in designing, building and operating industry-specific systems to raise productivity across overall corporate operations and to resolve data security concerns.
SK AX provides an integrated service that covers the entire AX (AI transformation) spectrum, including consulting, building and operating multi-agents through integration with internal systems, establishing security and governance frameworks, and change management for employees and executives.
ChatGPT Enterprise is equipped with security and privacy features optimized for corporate environments. It provides functions to analyze and understand vast documents at once, advanced data analysis, and various customizing (tailored) features. SK AX plans to link and operate this in line with corporate systems and workflows to enhance the effectiveness of AI utilization.
