Asiana IDT said on the 14th that it has completed building ABL Life's "intelligent AI performance management system."
Based on Asiana IDT's artificial intelligence (AI) model performance management solution "ModelOps AI," the system helps ensure that the AI models ABL Life operates and the AI models within its fraud detection system (FDS) always maintain optimal performance.
The "intelligent AI performance management system" adopted by ABL Life monitors the status of AI in real time and immediately notifies administrators if there are signs that performance will fall below preset thresholds.
An ABL Life official said, "Through a more advanced AI system, we will improve the efficiency of claims investigation work and provide faster and more accurate claims payment services to customers, establishing ourselves as a trusted life insurer."
Na Yong-sam, an executive director at Asiana IDT, said, "Beyond simply introducing AI, 'AI performance management' after implementation is becoming the core of competitiveness for corporations," and added, "We will present a new standard for lifecycle and reliability management of AI models across industries, including finance."
