Adobe, known for Photoshop, said on the 7th that it launched "Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker." The platform lets an artificial intelligence (AI) agent automatically deliver tailored marketing solutions based on corporations' customer information, content, and advertising data.
CX Enterprise Coworker gathers information scattered across multiple systems—such as website visit logs, purchase histories, customer relationship management (CRM) data, and social media responses—into one place for AI to analyze, then recommends or executes optimal marketing actions suited to the customer's situation.
For example, for customers who frequently visit a shopping mall but do not make purchases, the AI automatically recommends or sends discount coupons or personalized ads. Through this, corporations can carry out faster and more precise marketing and customer management with fewer staff.
Anjul Bhambr i, senior vice president of customer experience orchestration engineering at Adobe, said, "Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker is the optimal solution for corporations that are overhauling their marketing workflows," adding, "It helps brands deliver one-to-one personalized experiences at scale."
