AhnLab said on the 4th that it has added traditional Chinese to the supported languages of its endpoint integrated security platform AhnLab EPP.
AhnLab said it added traditional Chinese to its supported languages to meet rising demand for endpoint security solutions in key Greater China markets, including Taiwan. A company official said, "Going forward, customers in Greater China will be able to check and manage the full scope of endpoint security operations—from security patch management to personal information leakage prevention, device control and management, and malware detection and response—in a familiar language environment."
AhnLab EPP is currently supported in five languages: Korean, English, Japanese, and simplified and traditional Chinese.
In June, the company plans to add traditional Chinese to the supported languages for V3 for Windows PCs and servers. Since September last year, it has supported traditional Chinese in AhnLab CPS Plus, a cyber-physical system (CPS) integrated security platform.
Lee Sang-guk, head of marketing and global business at AhnLab, said, "We will continue to expand our localization strategy in regions with strong demand to strengthen our global business competitiveness."
