Ellice Group, a domestic artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure corporations, said on the 29th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with MakinaRocks, a physical AI corporations, to promote AX (AI transformation) in defense and industrial sectors.
With this agreement, the two sides plan to accelerate AI transformation in the defense sector, which requires a high level of security. The idea is to combine Leace Group's cloud software "ECI" and AI modular data center "AI PMDC" with MakinaRocks' industry-specialized AI capabilities.
The goal is to build a stable AI operating system even in closed-network environments where security is essential, and to establish a high-security environment that safely protects data while flexibly managing large-scale GPU resources. The two sides plan to supply high-performance AI solutions applicable to defense sites through this.
Starting with the defense sector, the two sides plan to expand the AX solution business to industries where security and stability are key, including manufacturing, energy, and finance.
