Kolon Benit said on the 27th it will launch the auto Deep Learning vision technology-based quality inspection prepackage "PromptON Pak.Inspection."
Neurocle, a Deep Learning vision artificial intelligence (AI) specialized company, recently newly joined the Kolon Benit AI Alliance, an AI business consortium. Through this collaboration, the two companies will work to spread vision AI models that can be quickly applied to manufacturing sites.
PromptON Pak.Inspection is based on Neurocle's training software Neuro-T and runtime library Neuro-R. In a no-code environment with a graphical user interface, it can support the entire process from image preprocessing and labeling to model training and performance evaluation.
It also implements high-performance inspection models without AI specialists through an automatic model optimization function. The company said trained models can be linked with existing inspection equipment and systems to read on-site images and videos in real time.
Kolon Benit said PromptON Pak.Inspection can shorten the time to build an AI vision inspection system and reduce the burden of initial adoption and operation. It also plans to expand its package portfolio from quality inspection to areas such as safety control and predictive maintenance of equipment.
