DJI said on the 24th that it has released the Lito series, a new consumer drone line. Aimed at beginners, it is designed to make it easy to capture high-quality aerial footage.
The new lineup consists of the Lito X1 (X1) and the Lito 1. The premium Lito X1 features a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor and a 48-megapixel camera. With a 5-lux omnidirectional obstacle detection system and front LiDAR, it supports precise flight. It also comes with intelligent shooting functions such as ActiveTrack, QuickShots, MasterShots, Hyperlapse, and Panorama. It supports up to 14 stops of dynamic range and 10-bit D-Log M to capture a wide range of contrast and color information even in scenes with both bright and dark areas. The Lito 1 is equipped with a 1/2-inch CMOS 48-megapixel sensor and a 5-lux omnidirectional obstacle detection function. It supports shooting up to 8K photos and 4K video.
The built-in omnidirectional vision system in the Lito series detects and avoids obstacles such as cliffs and walls. It offers ActiveTrack, which can track subjects even at speeds of up to 12 meters per second. Flight time is up to 36 minutes under standard conditions. The company said it can hover and fly stably even in winds of up to 10.7 meters per second. The Lito X1 additionally mounts a front LiDAR to enhance recognition performance in complex environments.
File transfer is possible via the QuickTransfer feature over Wi-Fi 6 at up to 50 megabytes per second. The Lito X1 provides 42 gigabytes (GB) of built-in storage.
The Lito 1 is priced at 421,000 won. The Lito 1 Fly More Combo with RC-N3 is 590,000 won. The Lito X1 is 524,000 won, and the Lito X1 Fly More Combo with RC 2 is 714,000 won.
