Supersonic Travel weighs 330g. It is 32% smaller and 25% lighter than the original Supersonic Hair Dryer. Supersonic Travel features intelligent heat control technology that measures temperature 100 times per second. The motor is placed in the handle to improve weight balance.
The recommended retail price of the Dyson Supersonic Travel is 399,000 won. A pop-up event where visitors can try the new product will run for four days from the 23rd at Sangsudong Seine.
James Dyson, chief engineer (founder of Dyson), said, "We didn't just make a hair dryer smaller; we completely redesigned it for travel environments," and added, "Supersonic Travel provides excellent styling performance while protecting hair from excessive heat."
