Physical AI and automotive semiconductor specialist fabless corporations Boss Semiconductor said on the 20th that it will take part in Auto China 2026 (Beijing Motor Show), which opens in Beijing, China, on the 24th, to target the global market.
The event will be held at an all-time high scale of 380,000 square meters, roughly the size of about 50 soccer fields, bringing together automakers and mobility technology corporations from around the world. Through the exhibition, Boss Semiconductor plans to showcase AI Semiconductor technologies essential for Autonomous Driving and SDV (software-defined vehicle) implementation, while emphasizing its technological competitiveness to expand these into various physical AI fields such as robots.
In particular, Boss Semiconductor will unveil a demo based on Eagle-N, a high-performance AI accelerator it developed in-house. The demo is implemented to link with different system environments based on x86 and ARM, and is expected to prove high compatibility and computational architecture that operates flexibly across diverse architectures.
The real-time perception, judgment, and control capabilities required in automotive AI semiconductors are also regarded as key elements in physical AI systems such as robots. Based on this common ground, Boss Semiconductor plans to directly demonstrate through the demo its capability to implement technologies that can expand beyond vehicles into industry at large.
