Jobis&Villains Corp., which runs Samjeomsam, said on the 16th that it launched the Government Benefit Notifier service, which finds government support benefits tailored to individuals.
The service offers benefits across various areas, including livelihood stability, housing and self-reliance, childcare and education, and employment and startups, and is characterized by automatically linking individuals to suitable support policies through a simple survey.
In particular, it goes beyond simple recommendations by providing bookmark saving and application tracking features, allowing users to see everything at a glance from benefit application to processing status.
Going forward, the company plans to introduce an alert feature that provides personalized benefits first, along with an AI agent chatbot that will support AI-based Q&A starting in May.
Samjeomsam is strengthening its role as a life-centric platform by expanding its scope from tax and medical bill refund services to government support benefits.
Ahn Chi-eun, a manager at Jobis&Villains Corp. who planned the service, said, "We will first find benefits that are easy to miss and improve service quality and convenience so that customers can receive practical support."
